Group coaching is a dialogue-driven facilitation of a small group of clients working to attain similar health goals. Each session consists of a theme, brief check-in and agenda.
Group members are expected to model respectful listening, nonjudgment and mutual respect throughout the group coaching program.
Group sessions are generally 1-1.5 hour sessions held for a specific number of weeks.
Group sessions are typically 4-10 clients.
Sessions are conducted virtually via video calls.
